What are the office hours?
Come in and visit at your convenience, we are open 7 days a week!
Monday-Sunday: 8am - 5pm
What kind of parking is offered?
Studios and one bedroom apartment homes receive one assigned free parking space. Two bedroom homes receive two assigned free parking spaces. Ample open spaces for guests are available.
What is the pet policy?
We love pets! We welcome up to two furry friends in each of our apartment homes. There is a $500 pet deposit, and pet rent is $50 per month per cat, and $75 per month per dog up to 75 lbs. We do have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs for the safety of our residents.
How do I apply?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application, along with a $250 holding deposit.
How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?
You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.
What are the lease terms?
We offer flexible 6-15 month lease terms.
How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?
Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.
How much are deposits?
Deposits are from $400 to $450 for studios, $500 for one bedroom apartment homes, and $600 for two bedrooms.
Do you offer preferred employer discounts?
No, we're sorry, our community is not offering discounts at this time.
Do you have a resident referral program?
Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 5th, late fees begin on the 6th.
