  • What kind of tours are offered at The Lark?

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday-Saturday: 8am-5pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    Studios and one bedroom apartment homes receive one assigned free parking space. Two bedroom homes receive two assigned free parking spaces. Ample open spaces for guests are available.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We love pets! We welcome up to two furry friends in each of our apartment homes. There is a $500 pet deposit, and pet rent is $50 per month per cat, and $75 per month per dog up to 75 lbs. We do have restrictions on aggressive breed dogs for the safety of our residents. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • What are the lease terms, and how much are deposits?

    We offer flexible 6-15 month lease terms. Deposits are from $400 to $450 for studios, $500 for one bedroom apartment homes, and $600 for two bedrooms.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 5th, late fees begin on the 6th.

  • How do I apply?

    View pricing and availability on the Floorplan Page and when you've selected your ideal home, simply click on the Apply Now button to begin your application. In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application, along with a $250 holding deposit.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • What are the amenities?

    The Lark community offers residents an outdoor year-round heated pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, community garden, clubhouse, game room, courtyards, covered parking, BBQ area, and rooftop deck with playground. Learn about amenities here.

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
