Movie Night: Jurassic Lark!
Movie night at The Lark was a roaring success! 🦖🍿 Jurassic Park, nachos, hotdogs, and so many yummy snacks and drinks made for an unforgettable evening. 🎥✨ A huge shoutout to our amazing residents for showing up, contributing, and always bringing the best vibes.

"I’ve lived at The Lark for four years and only recently moved to relocate out of state. I’ve lived at several different apartment complexes prior, and the management and maintenance at The Lark is truly unmatched! Ruby (Manager) is so thoughtful, caring, reliable and puts so much heart and soul in the work that she does! Misael (Maintenance) and Lourdes (Porter) are friendly, dependable and prompt in their actions, I have no complaints whatsoever with this place. I remember I would put in a maintenance request, and the same day, within only a few hours or less, it would be addressed and fixed! The entire complex is very clean! The amenities are great! The clubhouse is beautiful, it was newly renovated within the past year. They have monthly events with free food, drinks and fun! "

Celebrating Day Of The Dead
Join us at this awesome free community event! Let's celebrate Día de los Muertos together on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from noon to 3:00 p.m. at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park! There will be live performances, cultural artisans, tasty food, fun children's activities, and much more. The San Mateo Police Activities League and the City of San Mateo Parks and Recreation Department organize this event.

50th Annual Castro Street Fair
The American Dream starts with the neighborhoods -Harvey Milk
We’re excited to be back in the Castro on Sunday, October 6, 2024, for the 50th Annual Castro Street Fair! Each year, on the first weekend in October, we continue Harvey Milk's legacy by gathering in the heart of the Castro at the intersection of Market and Castro Streets and the surrounding area to celebrate our diversity and support our community. Hundreds of local artists, vendors, craftspeople, and organizations line the streets to celebrate the neighborhood's diversity. Stages with live entertainment, DJs, and dance areas can be found throughout the fairgrounds.
