The Lark's Spooky Social: Triple the Thrills!
Our "Spooky Social" is on Friday, October 31st! It's a night packed with excitement, where we are tripling down on the fun: Think Costume Party, an energetic Dance Party, plus plenty of friendly competition with Karaoke and Trivia. Fuel the fun with our gourmet Build-Your-Own Taco Bar, featuring a live DJ, a professional bartender serving top-shelf selections, and an incredible dessert spread. It's the perfect way to spend your Halloween—don't forget your best costume!

"This apartment truly feels like a 5-star hotel. Clean, convenient, and very well maintained, but with the warmth and comfort of home. The whole place always smells fresh and inviting. The clubhouse is spacious and complete with everything you’d need for a party, from kitchenware to entertainment essentials. The yoga room is spotless and even has a mirrored screen where you can follow along with exercise videos.
A special mention to the manager, Ms. Ruby! she is incredibly accommodating and warm to everyone. She makes you feel at home right away and adds such a welcoming touch to the community. Overall, this is a beautiful, modern place to live with amazing amenities and an excellent team."

While we've kept equipment available in alternative locations, the full project is facing some unavoidable delays due to external factors, including city approvals and long lead times for specialized materials. We understand the importance of this amenity to you and assure you that we are working diligently to complete the full renovation as quickly as possible.
