Looking Back At Last Month
Pasta To-Go Night
Nothing brings a community together quite like good food and even better company. 🤍
Pasta To-Go Night was a hit at The Lark! We loved sharing a delicious dinner, seeing so many smiling faces, and creating those simple moments that make a community feel a little more like home. 🍝✨
Here’s to good neighbors, full plates, and more nights together.
What Residents are Saying

"Lived here for four years and had the best time. Ruby and all the staff make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I met some of my favorite people at the quarterly parties and enjoyed karaoke, games, food, dancing, and laughter! I also loved the amenities like the jacuzzi and gym. The surrounding neighborhood was perfect for a stroll and to run around. If you’re looking to live in a great community, I would highly recommend living at the Lark."

The Good Neighbor
Resident Safety
Looking Out for One Another ❤️
At our community, nothing is more important than your peace of mind and safety—and keeping our home secure is a true team effort! We recently had a wonderful example of resident awareness when a thoughtful neighbor noticed a door propped open, immediately removed the item, and ensured the door was securely closed. It’s small, proactive actions like this that make all the difference. When we stay alert, avoid leaving valuables in our vehicles, and report any unusual activity to the leasing office, we protect our shared home together. Thank you to everyone who continues to keep an extra set of eyes on our community. Let’s keep looking out for one another, securing our spaces, and working together to maintain a safe, warm, and welcoming neighborhood for everyone!
