From Fourth of July celebrations and resident events to neighborhood happenings, World Cup excitement, and our annual Summer Digital Food Drive, there’s plenty to look forward to this month. We hope you’ll join us and make the most of everything July has to offer.

Food & Drinks: Feel free to bring your own lunch, snacks, or drinks to any of the matches!

We’ll provide some food, but you are welcome to bring a favorite dish, appetizer, dessert, or beverage to share. Whether you bring something or just want to enjoy the game, everyone is welcome!

Our Sell, Swap & Brunch was one of those events that reminds us what community is all about. From sharing treasures and trading finds to connecting over coffee, pastries, and plenty of laughter, it was a morning filled with meaningful moments.

The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to the freeway, local schools, grocery stores, and the mall. Most importantly, I feel completely safe raising my kids here. The sense of community is amazing, and the neighbors are so friendly. Ruby deserves all the flowers for taking such incredible care of this property.. my kids genuinely look forward to seeing and greeting her every single morning! Maiyah, Lourdes, Misael, and Freddie are also extremely professional and welcoming. This isn't just a typical apartment complex!! Ruby has created an environment where neighbors actually connect and respect one another. It is a luxury apartment, but with the top tier amenities, outstanding service, and fun monthly community events, it is absolutely worth it."

San Mateo 4th of July: What to Do & Where to Go!
Independence Day is packed with festive local spirit right here in the San Mateo area! You can jump-start your Saturday celebration at the annual "4th of July in the Park" event at San Mateo Central Park, which kicks off at 11:00 AM with family-friendly games, crafts, a flag-raising ceremony, and a live outdoor concert by the Vibe Society. If you are looking for an incredible parade, make the short drive to downtown Redwood City to catch the largest Independence Day parade in Northern California, complete with a firefighters pancake breakfast and an afternoon car show. For a classic beachfront holiday vibe, head out to Pacifica's Frontierland Park for a free community festival featuring live music, rides, and games. Of course, if you prefer a spectacular evening of music and light, you can head down to the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View to experience the grand Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular paired with a live performance by the San Francisco Symphony!

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29 to July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At The Lark, donations will benefit Samaritan House, providing critical resources to families throughout San Mateo County. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
