Misael Quinteros was recognized with the Star of Excellence Award for his reliability, leadership, and the pride he takes in keeping The Lark running each day seamlessly. Maria De Lourdes Jauregui Valencia received the Guiding Star Award for the consistency, care, and attention she brings to her work — creating the welcoming environment our residents truly feel and appreciate. And our Business Manager, Ruby Ramirez, earned the highest distinction — the North Star Award — recognizing her as a true guiding light. Ruby’s steady leadership, vision, and commitment to excellence shape the culture of The Lark and set the tone for everything we do. These awards are a reflection of the people behind the scenes who make this community not just operate but truly thrive — and we could not be prouder.
Important Gym Renovation Update
Gym Restoration Update: We’re Almost There! 🏋️♂️
We are excited to share that the restoration of our fitness center is moving right along! The larger fitness equipment has been successfully moved back into the gym space, and we are now entering the final stages of the project.
Our next priority is a scheduled fire inspection taking place next week. Once we receive the "all clear," we will move the remaining equipment back in and coordinate the final inspection with the City. We know you’re eager to get back to your workout routine, and we appreciate your continued patience as we ensure everything is safe and ready for your return!
